Most rooms are full of people carrying something they have not built yet. A business, a ministry, a piece of work they can describe but cannot point to. It looks like nothing is there. It is not nothing.
What I talk about is the work of giving that form: the deciding, the starting, the part where it stops being an idea and becomes something other people can see and use.
